بعد سنوات عديدة من البحث، تم أخيرا تحديد العنصر الأساسي الذي يسمح للحيوان المنوي بالتعرف على البويضة والالتحام بها، كخطوة أولى للإخصاب. وهذا ما تناولته الأبحاث التي نشرت يوم 6 أبريل 2014 بالمجلة العلمية Nature.

حسب الباحثين، هذا الاكتشاف قد يؤدي إلى تحسين علاج العقم، أو تطوير موانع حمل جديدة.

لحدوث إخصاب، يجب أن يلتحم كل من الحيوان المنوي والبويضة ببعضهما البعض. هذا التعرف المتبادل، والقدرة على الارتباط ، كتمهيد للاندماج وتكوين الجنين، يتوقفان على وجود بروتينات وتفاعلها فيما بينها.
سنة 2005، اكتشف باحثون يابانيون هذا البروتين بالنسبة للحيوان المنوي، والذي سمي Izumo (نسبة إلى حرم ياباني للاحتفال بالزواج)،


لكن مثيله لدى البويضة ظل لغزا تم حله مؤخرا.


بالفعل، فقد أعلن باحثون من Wellcome Trust Sanger (المملكة المتحدة) عن اكتشاف البروتين الذي يتواجد على غشاء البويضة، والذي أطلقوا عليه اسم Junon ، على اسم آلهة الخصوبة.

حسب هذا المختص، يظهر بروتين Izumo على أنه المرشح المناسب لتطوير لقاح مانع للحمل. لكن المعرفة الدقيقة للبنية ثلاثية الأبعاد المركبة التي يشكلها Junon و Izumo قد تسهل إظهار جزيئات صغيرة كفيلة بمنع ارتباطهما بهدف منع الحمل.

يستخدم سم النحل بشكل تطبيقى فى الطب بالممارسة, وقد أدخلت منتجات سم النحل فى سوق الأدوية الأمريكية حيث يستخدم لغرضين:
* علاج التهابات المفاصل الروماتيزمية Rhomatoid arthritis

* إزالة الحساسية desenitization من الأفراد ذوى فرط الحساسية .والفكرة فى استخدام سم النحل فى علاج التهابات المفاصل الروماتيزمية ترجع إلى استخدامه فى القرون الماضية وتعتمد فى جزئية منها على ملاحظة أن النحالين نادراً ما يصابون به.

والعلاج بسم النحل Bee venom therapy والذى يسمى Apitherapy قد تمت ممارسته من مدة طويلة فى أوربا, وخاصة روسيا وتشيكوسلوفاكيا ورومانيا وألمانيا, حيث أنه عن طريق اللسع قام الطبيب F. Tertsch سنة 1888 بعلاج وشفاء 173 حالة مصابة بمرض الروماتيزم, فى حين أنه فى سنة 1912 تمكن الطبيب الروسى Lyubarsky من شفاء 554 حالة مصابة بالروماتيزم, وحديثاً فإنه تم تأييد ذلك فى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بواسطة كل من Beck سنة 1935 و Haydak سنة 1962 عندما بيعت نسخ كثيرة من كتابيهما, وقد قام Haydak سنة 1952 باستعراض ما نشر فى المراجع الطبية عن هذا الموضوع.

واليوم فإن استخدام سم النحل لهذه الأغراض لم يثبت تماماً حيث أن ذلك يحتاج إلى أبحاث كثيرة, كما أن تأثير سم النحل على إزالة الحساسية من الأفراد ذوى فرط الحساسية مازال تحت البحث, وبالرغم من أن حقـن مستخلص الحشرات بالكامل يستخدم بغرض إزالة الحساسية (جزئياً حيث أن سم النحل النقى غير متوفر بكميات) فإن هذه المستخلصات تحتوى على بروتينات عديدة والتى ليست لها علاقة كيماوية بالبروتينات التى وجدت فى سم النحل النقى, ومع ذلك فإن المواد المحقونة عن طريق آلة اللسع يعتقد أيضاً أنها تحتوى على بروتينات نحل متخصصة تثير الحساسية Specific bee-protein allergen, ولذلك فإن الأطباء المتخصصون فى علاج الحساسية Allergists يفضلون استخدام مستخلص جسم النحلة بالكامل بسبب محتوى السم المنخفض به.

لقد عرف فى بداية الخمسينات من هذا القرن أنه عند تعريض شغالة نحل العسل لصدمة كهربائية فإنها تمد آلة لسعها وتتكون فى نهاية آلة اللسع قطرة من سم النحل, وكان Benton وزملاءه سنة 1963 أول من طوروا ونشروا معلومات عملية عن طريقة جمع كميات من سم النحل من شغالات نحل العسل, حيث أنه باستخدام طريقة بنتون يمكن جمع جرام واحد من سم النحل وذلك من حوالى 10000 (عشرة آلاف) نحلة خلال ساعتين, حيث يمكن لشخص واحد القيام بهذه المهمة فى وقت قصير خلال العام, والأداة المستعملة فى جمع سم النحل بها برواز خشبى يمتد عليه سلوك فولاذية دقيقة موصل بها على التعاقب شحنة كهربائية ووصلة أخرى أرضية, وعندما تلمس شغالة نحل العسل سلكين متجاورين تتصل الدائرة الكهربائية وتتلقى النحلة صدمة كهربائية خفيفة, وتستخدم بطارية سيارة عادة كمصدر للقوة الكهربائية موصلة بمحول للتيار بحيث لا تتعدى الشحنة 3: 6 فولت.

ويوضع هذا البرواز الخشبى على قاعدة خلية عميقة تم تصميمها لذلك حيث يتم إدخال هذا البرواز بين قاعدة الخلية هذه وصندوق الترببة, وتستجيب النحلة للصدمة الكهربائية وذلك بثنى بطنها لأسفل فتتوجه آلة اللسع فى الناحية السفلية بين السلوك, وقد وضع بنتون قطعة من النايلون المطاط تحت السلوك لذلك فإن آلة اللسع تمر خلال ثقوب نسيج النايلون، وأسطح النايلون معروف أنها زلقة لذلك فإن شوكة آلة اللسع لا تشبك بها, كما أنه يتم توصيل وايقاف التيار الكهربائى كل عدة ثوان قليلة, وعند وقف التيار فإن النحلة تسحب آلة لسعها تاركة قطرة سم النحل على السطح السفلى لقطعة النايلون.

وتخترق آلاف اللسعات نسيج قطعة النايلون والتى تصبح بعد ذلك مبتلة بسم النحل, حيث يسمح للسم بالجفاف فى الهواء ثم تقطع قطعة النايلون إلى قطع صغيرة ويتم تجميدها, بعد ذلك وجد(بنتون) خلال أبحاثه التى تلت ذلك أن استخدام قطعة من البلاستيك تكون أفضل من نسيج النايلون المطاط وتمكنه من جمع منتج أنظف, ومن النادر جداً أن تموت النحله من الصدمة الكهربائية.
ومرة أخرى نود أن نبين أن قطعة البلاستيك زلقة ولن تمسك آلة اللسع بها, والمنتج النهائي يكون صاف فى شكل بلورى.
وهناك محاذير يجب أخذها فى الاعتبار عند جمع سم النحل, أحدها هو عدم استخدام الدخان أو محاولة تهدئة النحل وذلك لسببين:

أ- جزيئات الدخان قد تلوث سم النحل.

ب- هناك رغبة لأن يقوم عدد كبير بقدر الإمكان من المنحل باللسع فكيف يتم استخدام آداه للصدمة الكهربائية والتى تجعل النحل غاضب جداً ونحاول تهدئته باستخدام الدخان, كما أن النحل قد ينتشر فى رقعة أوسع من المنحل ويلسع أى شخص أو حيوان على بعد مسافة تقدر بمئات الياردات من المنحل.

كما يراعى أن سم النحل الجاف يسبب التهاب للأغشية المخاطية لذلك فإن الشخص القائم بعملية جمع السم يجب أن يرتدى قناع مانع لاستنشاق الغازات الضارة أو السامة خلال عملية جمعه للسم.


أما إذا رغب فى الحصول على كميات صغيرة من السم فيمكن ذلك بواسطة طريقتين:

1- اللسع المباشر: حيث يتم تعريض الجزء المريض من جسم الشخص المريض للسع النحل وذلك باستخدام عدد من الشغالات, وقد يتم إثارتها عن طريق دهان الجزء المريض بمواد ذات رائحة مثل البارفانات.

2- باستخدام إناء زجاجى مبطن بورق ترشيح من الداخل حيث يوضع به قطعة من القطن مبللة بالايثير أو الكلورفورم ثم يوضع بداخل هذا الإناء عدد من شغالات نحل العسل ويتم إغلاق الاناء بإحكام فيسبب ذلك إثارة النحل ويقوم بلسع ورق الترشيح وإفراغ السم به.

ثم بعد ذلك يؤخذ ورق الترشيح ويغسل بماء مقطر ويتم ترشيح الماء وما به من السم ثم يجفف الماء على درجة حرارة منخفضة حتى يتم الحصول فى نهاية الأمر على بلورات السم, إلا أن هذه الطريقة غير دقيقة حيث أن الشغالات داخل الاناء تقوم بترجيع محتويات معدة العسل بها والتى تختلط مع السم فى ورق الترشيح, لذلك فإن السم فى هذه الحالة يحتاج إلى تنقية.

عندما يحثنا ديننا الحنيف في تدبر آيات الله سبحانه وتعالى لا يأتي هذا الحث من فراغ او عبث ولربما يوفق انسان ما تمعن في ايات الله ومخلوقاته وتدبر وفكر بعلاج وحلول لاصعب الامراض (المستعصية).

ولقاؤنا مع مخترع لعدة اجهزة منها جهاز اللب السني (عصب الاسنان) بطريقة كهربائية وسريعة حصل فيها على براءة دولية من النمسا بالاضافة الى جهاز ازالة دوالي الساقين بطريقة كهربائية ايضا ومن خلاله تعاقدت معه احدى الشركات النمساوية الكبرى لتصنيع هذين الجهازين وله عدة ابحاث وابتكارات ويستعد حاليا للعمل مع مركز الابحاث في مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي بالرياض انه الدكتور الذي اوضح لـ (اليوم) في لقاء مباشر معه وخاص والذي عالج العديد من الحالات المستعصية والتي عجز عنها الطب الحديث عبدالعظيم حسين محمد مؤكدا ان تدبره آيات الله سبحانه جعله يصل الى حلول وصفتها مجموعة ممن التقت بهم (اليوم) بانها ناجحة باسلوب حديث الا وهو الوخز بالنحل.

• كيف جاءت فكرة العلاج عن طريق النحل او لسعات النحل؟
• حين كنت في النمسا التقيت مع طبيب قد عمل بتر في قدميه بسبب غرغرينة من امراض السكري فقمت بعمل محلول بعد توفيق الله يلغي الغرغرينة ويقضي عليها تماما هذا المحلول فيه 20% من عسل النحل والبقية مواد اخرى واطلعت كثيرا على الموسوعة العلمية 2001 فيما يتعلق بالعسل فوجدت ان فيه اسرارا علمية كثيرة جدا وبدأت اقرأ اكثر واكثر الى ان لفتت نظري الاية الكريمة (يخرج من بطونها شراب مختلف ألوانه فيه شفاء للناس) الآية وحين ركزت في اجزاء النحل وجدت ان فيها قناتين واحدة تخرج العسل واخرى تخرج السم وحين درسنا سم النحل دراسة علمية وجدنا انه عبارة عن سائل يحتوي على اكثر من (12) مادة مذابة في نسبة من الماء والكل عارف ان الشراب هو العسل ومن هذه الدراسة اصبح الشراب ليس العسل فقط بل حتى سم النحل الذي يخرج من القناة الثانية وكما قال تعالى: (إن في ذلك لآية لقوم يتفكرون) لذلك اصبحت افكر اكثر واعملت ابحاثي على النحل.. وحين كنت بانجلترا وجدت ان احد المستشفيات تعالج الروماتيزم وارتفاع ضغط الدم عن طريق النحل منذ (25) سنة فقلت في قرارة نفسي نحن العرب والمسلمين اولى بتلك الدراسات البحثية فبدأت ادرس الابر الصينية واوظفها في دراستي للنحل. حيث وجدت ان الابر الصينية هي علاج مؤقت لمناطق معينة لكنها ليست علاجا دائما ولذلك لم تحل مشكلة المريض فبدأت اركز على العلاج عن طريق الوخز بالنحل لان (سم العسل) الموجود بالنحل له مميزات كبيرة جدا.
• وكيف بدأت العمل الفعلي بالعلاج بالوخز بالنحل؟
• بدأت في جمهورية مصر العربية باعتبار ان الوباء الكبدي منتشر بشكل كبير هناك ومحير الاطباء لايجاد علاج ناجع له خاصة فيروس الالتهاب الكبدي (C) وبعد فترة بدأت العمل هناك فوجدت نتائج ايجابية 100% لفتت انتباه الجميع.
• هل تعالج حامل الفيروس ام المصاب به؟
• أعالج الاثنين حامل الفيروس والمصاب لان حامل الفيروس ممكن في اي لحظة ينشط هذا الفيروس اذا ما كان جهاز المناعة ضعيفا فيصبح الحامل مصابا فانا اقوم بعلاج الحالتين.
• الان انت تحدثت عن الفيروس (C) ولم تتحدث عن فيروسي (B) و(A) لماذا؟
• انا تحدثت عن الفيروس (C) لانه الفيروس الاصعب ففيروس (A) يتم علاجه لمدة اسبوع واحد فقط وفيروس (B) لمدة اسبوعين فقط لقد قمت بعلاج مريض كان لديه الفيروسات الثلاثة وشفي ولله الحمد تماما.
• وكيف يمكنك ان تعلق على هذه الصورة؟
• الحالة الموجودة في الصورة هذه حالة مريض سكري كان يعاني دوالي الساقين وكان يفترض ان يتم بتر ساقه حسب القرار الطبي فقمت بعلاجه واصبح طبيعيا بدون بتر ولله الحمد عن طريق لسع النحل.
• وما ابرز الامراض التي تقوم بعلاجها خلاف الفيروسات؟
• بفضل الله عز وجل فقد تمكنت القيام بعلاج كثير من الامراض عن طريق لسعات النحل مثل ارتفاع ضغط الدم، الانزلاق الغضروفي واختناق النخاع الشوكي، ضعف العصب البصري والاستجماتيزم، وضعف التبويض للمرأة، دوالي الساقين، تحسين وظائف الغدد، التبول اللا ارادي للاطفال، الروماتيزم والروماتويد، الجيوب الانفية، الكهرباء الزائدة في المخ.
• لكنني اريد ان تمنحنا نبذة مختصرة عن كيفية علاجك لهذه الامراض المتعددة التي عجز الطب القديم والحديث عن التوصل لعلاج ناجع لها؟
• علاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم ليس جديدا.. ولكن بطريقة النحل نوجد ما هو افضل بحيث اننا بعد الجلسات نلغي الحبوب التي كان المريض يستخدمها في السابق لان المريض سيرجع طبيعيا وسيتناول كل الوجبات المالحة التي حرم منها في السابق وهذا المريض يحتاج من (8-12) جلسة والجلسة لاتزيد على عشر دقائق. ولا أبدأ بالعلاج للمريض الا بعدما اتعرف على نتائج فحوصاته الطبية التي يتطلب من المريض احضارها.
• الانزلاق الغضروفي واختناق النخاع الشوكي وهذه نعالجها بنسبة نجاح 100%.
• ضعف العصب البصري والاستيجماتيزم فالمتعارف عليه حاليا هو لبس النظارة بسبب قصر النظر فعلاجه سهل بالنسبة لي بحيث يخضع لعدة جلسات كذلك نعالج انكسار النظر بنفس الاسلوب ويعود النظر الطبيعي للمريض. كذلك نعالج الانفصال الشبكي للعين.

ضعف التبيض للمرأة او ما يسمى العقم نقوم بعلاجه بواسطة النحل ونتائجه جيدة جدا. ونفس الشيء بالنسبة لضعف الذكورة للرجل ودوالي الساقين نقوم بعلاجهما جيدا.

تحسين وظائف الدم سواء في ارتفاع او انخفاض الكرات البيضاء ونفس الشيء لكرات الدم الحمراء او الصفائح الدموية جميعها لها تأثير على المريض بسبب خلل بوظائف الدم فنقوم بعلاجه وكذلك مرض فقر الدم المنجلي.

سرطان الدم او اللوكيميا تم علاج 12 حالة تعاني هذا المرض وشفوا بقدرة الله جميعا منهم طفلان والبقية سيدات ورجال.

تحسين وظائف الغدد كانت لدينا حالتا سرطان غدد لسيدتين فتم علاجهما بواسطة النحل وشفيتا تماما ولله الحمد.

ومن هذا بدأنا نتعمق بعلاج الغدد لمن لديهم نحافة غير عادية او زيادة في الوزن غير عادية لان كل ذلك يحصل بسبب اضطرابات بالغدد.. وبالنحل نستطيع ان نحسن وظائف الغدد ويود الشخص طبيعيا.

التبول اللا ارادي للاطفال.. فالخطأ الشائع اننا نذهب بالطفل الى اخصائي او طبيب نفسي فهذا التبول ليست له علاقة بالنواحي النفسية.. فالمسألة متعلقة باشرات تصدر من خلايا المخ والطفل يحتاج الى ثماني جلسات ويعود طفلا سليما متحكما التبول.

الروماتيزم والروماتويد.. والروماتويد هو اقوى تأثير من الروماتيزم حيث ينتج عنه انحناء في الاطراف وتكيسات في العظام وتشوهات في الارجل والجلد وكان يعطى للمريض (كورتيزون) كعلاج مسكن لفترة معينة ثم تعود الاعراض وباسلوب العلاج بالنحل قضينا ولله الحمد على هذا المرض نهائيا حتى الاعراض تبدأ تختفي تدريجيا مثل الانحناء بالاطراف وغيرها وحين ابدأ الجلسات مع المريض اطلب منه ايقاف الكورتيزون فورا.

الجيوب الانفية المزمنة (الحساسية) وعلاجها بواسطة النحل نعيد الشيء لوضعه الطبيعي وليس بمجرد مضادات او مسكنات وقتية. فنحن بواسطة النحل نعطي المريض جلسات حتى يتوقف ويجف السائل الذي يسبب الحساسية وبذلك تختفي الاعراض مثل الصداع والرشح وزغللة العينين.

الكهرباء الزائدة في المخ وتوجد عند بعض الاطفال حيث تحصل للطفل اضطرابات غير عادية وشقاوة وبعض التشنجات ولا يستطيع التحكم في الكلام ويجد صعوبة في النطق وقد تجد لديه ضعف الادراك والبلاهة (غير مركز) فالمعروف حاليا ان مثل هذه الحالات تعطى عقارا دائما وهذا يهدف الى تنويم الطفل اكثر وقت ممكن حتى لا يزعج ولا يعتدي على اقرانه او يقوم بالتخريب وهذا ما يسمى بالتفاعل الارادي.. فيعيش الطفل على هذا العقار مدى الحياة ومشكلة هذا العقار حين يتعاطاه الطفل لاكثر من ثلاث سنوات فانه سيرفع وظائف الكبد فبعد التحاليل ستجد ان انزيمات الكبد مرتفعة عن معدلها الطبيعي.

والحمد لله انني قمت بعلاج حالات عديدة خارج المملكة بواسطة النحل وجاءت النتائج جيدة وناجعة.

• هل كل نحلة ممكن ان تقوم بنفس دور العلاج ام ان هناك انواعا من النحل مخصصة لذلك؟
• نحن نعالج بنحل خاص واحذر من يحاول القيام باستخدام لسع النحل العادي فقد يفقد حياته من سائلها السام.. فنحن يهمنا في سم النحل شيئان وهما تقليل مادة الهستامين الموجودة في سم النحل وكذلك تقليل الزيوت الطيارة التي تؤدي الى حدوث صدمة للمريض ولذلك نستخدم نوعا خاصا وتغذية خاصة للنحل.
• وهل النحلة يمكن ان تستخدم لأكثر من مريض؟
• لا ابدا فهذه التي نستخدمها هي شغالات النحل فبمجرد ان تلسع المريض الذي سنقوم بعلاجه تموت على الفور بعدما تفرز المادة المطلوبة في جسم المريض.
• وهل توقفت ابحاثك على الامراض الانفة الذكر ام ان لديك دراسات اخرى؟
• لدي بعض الابحاث التي لم اقم بتسجيلها حتى اتأكد من نجاحها بعد علاج خمسين حالة على الاقل مثل ما يتعرض له بعض الاطفال من تناول راحة اصابع يديه ويضرب يديه بالحائط وحتى الآن الاطباء لم يعرفوا اسباب هذا المرض خارج المملكة.

فأنا قمت بطلب تحليل للدم فوجدت 11 بندا من وظائف الدم فيها خلل طفيف فتم علاج تلك الحالة للطفل فلاول جلسة ومنذ اربع سنوات استطاع ان ينام نوما طبيعيا وعميقا وهادئا ولتأكيد ما توصل اليه الدكتور عبدالعظيم التقينا بعدد ممن بدأ العلاج معهم.

حيث يقول تركي الذكير: انني كنت اعاني كسرا مضاعفا وتكيسا في العضلات في مفصل القدم نتيجة لحادث مروري ويؤثر ذلك على الحركة وبدأت مع الدكتور في اول جلسة بواسطة النحل وشعرت بتحسن واحتاج من 8 - 12 جلسة.

اما عبدالله سليمان العيد فيقول: كنت لا اشاهد جيدا والرؤية ضعيفة واجريت عملية جراحية لعيني اليمنى وكنت لا اشاهد أمامي الا بياضا بدون تمييز وعملت فحوصات بمستشفى خاص بالاحساء لقصر النظر وكانت النتائج سليمة وصرف لي الدكتور المعالج عدسة تجلب من خارج المملكة.. لكنني لم اطلبها فاقتنعت بعدما شاهدت عددا من المرضى يشفون باذن الله تعالى من لسعات النحل فأخذت حتى الآن جلستين وبدأت اشاهد اللوحات التشكيلية واميز ما بداخلها من تفاصيل بخلاف الماضي حينما كنت لا اشاهد باللوحة سوى عتمة مظلمة.

ويقول عبدالله ناصر المدرع: كنت اعاني كسرا في الكتف نتيجة حادث مروري ولا استطيع تحريك اليد اليمنى الى اعلى مع برودة في اطراف الاصابع وفي اول جلسة بواسطة النحل وبعد مضي حوالي ثماني ساعات زالت عني البرودة من يدي كذلك كنت اعاني قلة النوم وآلاما حادة في اعلى الرأس وفي جانب الرأس ولا اعرف السبب وبعد الجلسة الثانية للعلاج ولاول مرة من بعد الحادث المروري اخذت قسط من النوم لمدة تسع ساعات دون اية الام ولله الحمد. وتقول السيدة (م. ف. ج) انني كنت اعاني منذ ست سنوات الاما وخشونة في الركبة وكنت استعمل (الكورتيزون) في نفس الركبة وبعد فترة يعود الالم وقد سافرت للعلاج الى باريس ولبنان حيث راجعت مستشفى الجامعة الأمريكية ومستشفى أرامكو لكن دون جدوى وكنت سوف ساغادر الى المانيا بعد العيد للعلاج فسمعت عن الدكتور عبدالعظيم وعملت معه خمس جلسات بواسطة النحل من واقع (12) جلسة والحمد لله الآن. اشعر بتحسن كبير فأ سير بدون الام والنوم طبيعي وسوف تقوم والدتي بنفس العلاج في الايام القادمة بعدما شاهدتني اسير جيدا بدون معاناة.
